Library Cards
Need a library card?
Visit the library in person and fill out a form. Please be ready to provide a photo ID and/or proof of current mailing address.
A card from the Merrick Public Library gives you access to resources from any C/W MARS library. You can also visit other member libraries in person and use your card.
Lost your library card?
Visit the library to get a replacement or download the C/W MARS mobile app and pull up your card on your mobile device.
Can't remember your PIN?
Call or visit the library to have your four-digit PIN reset.
Want an e-Card?
Residents of Massachusetts who live in a town with a C/W MARS member library may fill out the form for a C/W MARS e-Card or go to the library in person to register. An e-Card grants automatic access to electronic resources only, but can be upgraded to a full library card by visiting the library.
