To get a library card, visit the library in person and fill out a form. Please be ready to provide a photo ID and/or proof of current mailing address.
A Merrick Public Library card gives you access to resources from any C/W MARS library. You can also visit member libraries in person and use your card there.
Lost your card? Visit the library to get a replacement or download the C/W MARS mobile app and pull up your card on your phone.
Can't remember your PIN? Call or visit the library to have it reset.
C/W MARS e-Card
Residents of Massachusetts who live in a town with a C/W MARS member library may fill out the form for a C/W MARS e-Card or go to the library in person to register.
An e-Card grants automatic access to electronic resources such as OverDrive. eCards can be upgraded to a full library card by visiting the library.
