How do I get a Merrick Public Library card?

New Physical Card

Visit the library in person and fill out a form. Please be ready to provide a photo ID and/or proof of your current mailing address.

A card from the Merrick Public Library gives you access to resources from any C/W MARS library. You can also visit other member libraries in person and use your card.

Renewal or Replacement Card

If you already have a library card but have misplaced it, please visit the library to get a replacement card.

To renew your existing library card, call 508-867-6339 or stop by the library.

The eCard is for patrons who do not already have a physical C/W MARS library card, although it may be upgraded to a physical library card with borrowing privileges by visiting the library and providing proof of address.
