Library Services
All services offered at the Merrick Public Library are FREE.
Please be aware that our public computers, printers, copier, and fax machine are all shut down 15 minutes prior to closing time.
Materials & Interlibrary Loan

Materials: Books, large print, graphic novels, audiobooks, DVDs, music CDs, magazines, video games, and more!

Interlibrary Loan: A system for requesting materials that are not currently available at our library. Requests will be delivered to us or your local library for pickup.
Public Computers & WiFi

Computers: Desktop computers are available for public use. No library card required for access.

WiFi: LibraryPublicHotspot is accessible 24/7 from outside the building, and inside the building during open hours. No password required.
Printing, Copying,
Scanning, & Faxing

Printing: Print services are available from public computers or a personal device.

Copying: Copy machine is available for public use.

Scanning: Document and image scanning are available via copy machine.

Faxing: Fax machine is available for public use. Fax cover sheets are provided.
Notary
Notary services are typically available during open hours (except Saturdays). Please call ahead to confirm availability.
Home Delivery
Delivery and pickup of library materials is available for home-bound patrons. Please call for more information.
"Curbside" Pick Up
"Curbside" pick up of library materials is offered on an as-needed basis. Please call for more information.
